Cappellini Law presently consists of Doug Cappellini, Esquire, and Curtis Creveling, Esquire, who combined have more than 50 years practicing in the area of Workers' Compensation. Our firm has a long and rich history of representation in all types of Workers' Compensation matters dating back to 1963. More than 90% of the firm's business is in the area of Workers' Compensation.

Real Estate
A1 Abstract
For real estate law, we focus on providing comprehensive title searches and insurance. Title searches are charged a one-time, competitively based premium and include the search, preparation of settlement documents, officiated closing, filing and recording of deeds and mortgages, and issuing title policies to lenders and owners.
Additional real estate legal services include attorney reviews of sales agreements, consultations, and counseling for immediate legal issues, all at no additional charge. A-1 Abstract, our in house title insurance agency, will also accommodate you with witness only closings at our office or your home.
Our Partners
Douglas G. Cappellini
Mr. Cappellini concentrates his practice on providing litigation, counseling, and educational services in the area of Workers' Compensation. He regularly provides pre-litigation counseling, case exposure, liability limiting evaluations,
resolution evaluations, and litigation services.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Cappellini worked as law clerk for the Lehigh, Northampton, and Bucks County Workers' Compensation Judges.
Mr. Cappellini has handled cases from the Workers' Compensation Judge level to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He concentrates his representation in litigated claims to the eastern half of the state. When requested, he also litigates cases throughout the state. In addition, he frequently provides analysis and recommendations on non-litigated cases statewide.
Mr. Cappellini is also a hearing officer presiding over and writing decisions in federal public and subsidized housing appeals.
Curtis C. Creveling
Mr. Creveling's primary area of practice is Workers' Compensation. He handles all aspects of claims, from pre-litigation counseling to litigating claims from the Workers' Compensation Judge level to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In addition to litigation services, Mr. Creveling regularly conducts seminars for clients on substantive and procedural aspects of Pennsylvania's Workers' Compensation law and risk management.
Mr. Creveling has developed an interest in the representation of public employers. This representation has required proficiency with the Pennsylvania Heart and Lung Act, as well as issues unique to union employees.
Mr. Creveling was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1983. He has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of the Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the U.S.
